Description:
Tenders are invited for Acquisition & Implementation of a Pre-Paid Cashless Payment System as Per the Details on the Request for Proposal (Rfp) Prepared for this Purpose. Bids opening date: No specific Opining Date & Time Bid document price: 200 (Two Hundred Birr) The International Community School of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, a co-educational day school is seeking to identify & implement a suitable Prepaid Cashless Payment System to be used by its community members for paid services rendered at the school including but not limited to its cafeteria, canteen, student store & community access programs. In doing so, ICS intends to hire a qualified technology solutions firm that possesses the required qualifications and experience to help the school properly document its requirements, identify a range of suitable pre-paid cashless payment systems or solutions, select, procure, and implement the system. The firm is expected to have relevant, proven, and complete knowledge about cashless payment systems and should demonstrate an understanding of ICS's industry-specific features & requirements. Interested technology firms can buy the bid document from the school's cashier office through a non-refundable cash payment of Br. 200 (two hundred Birr) on the following dates and time. Wednesday November 30, 2021, to Thursday November 11, 2021, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM in the morning and from 1:30PM to 3:30PM in the afternoon. The school is closed during weekends.Bidders are required to submit their Technical and Financial proposals, as prescribed in the RFP, on a sealed envelope marked "pre-paid cashless payment system proposal" addressed to: International Community School of Addis Ababa; Procurement Office not later than Friday December 3rd, 2021.
