- Expression of Interest are invited for Action Research for Refugee and Host Integration through the Safety Net under the Urban Productive Safety Net and Jobs Project ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The Government of Ethiopias Urban Productive Safety Net and Jobs Project includes a subcomponent on Refugee and Host Integration through the Safety Net (RHISN). RHISN will extend the urban safety nets public works and livelihood programs to refugee and host households in selected areas, and build social cohesion between the communities. A pilot phase will be implemented starting in Q4 of 2021 in Somali regions Faafan zone. This assignment is for a firm to field a team of experts to undertake action research in these areas. By collecting observational and feedback data from RHISN stakeholders as processes unfold, the research will identify what works and what does not work in real time, and recommend written revisions to project procedures. Feedback will be gathered from implementers, beneficiaries and other key informants, on the adequacy of processes, user experience, and ways of improving these processes, specially focusing on women´s participation and protection, and social cohesion
