Tenders are invited for Awareness - Anti Discrimination Training for Public Officials for the Integration of Migrants The objective of this consultancy is to develop and implement an online course aimed at public officials to raise awareness and train them in the integration of migrant and refugee populations; with a focus on rights; combating xenophobia; and other forms of discrimination. This aims to sensitize officials about the realities of human mobility in Ecuador; with principles of integration and respect for human rights.The course is being developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador and will be available online. It will provide public officials with the necessary tools to provide adequate; inclusive attention; respecting cultural diversity and human rights of the migrant population; ensuring timely; dignified and non-discriminatory access to services.
