Expression of Interest are invited for Baseline and Monitoring Surveys for the Impact Evaluation of the Livelihoods Component of PSNP5 The World Bank is seeking to commission the data collection for a baseline and monitoring surveys for the impact evaluation(IE) of the livelihoods component of the Productive Safety Net Project (PSNP) in Ethiopia. The overall objective of the PSNP is to achieve increased access to safety net and disaster risk management systems, complementary livelihoods services and nutrition support for extreme poor households in rural areas. The Government of Ethiopia is currently starting the implementation of the fifth phase of PSNP. The World Bank is supporting the government to implement PSNP5 through the Strengthening Ethiopias Adaptive Safety Net Project (SEASN). The objective of this consultancy is to prepare and conduct a baseline, and monitoring surveys (through electronic data collection in SurveyCTO) and deliver high-quality and comprehensive datasets to the research team constituted of World Bank staff, external researchers, as well as research analysts and field coordinators. The research team will be responsible for conducting the analysis and produce the survey reports. This activity will be supervised by the East Africa Social Protection and Jobs team at the World Bank Group (WBG).
