- Tenders are invited for Buy a Camera and Photography Drone with Accessories for the Budget Year 2016 E.C. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Office mentioned above. 5. Bidders shall deliver their bid documents (Technical and Financial Proposals) to Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO), 3rd floor on or before January 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. Bid shall be opened on January 23, 2024, at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives. 6.
