    Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:Ethiopia's horticultural sector faces several obstacles despite its quick expansion and financial contributions. The lack of qualified workers in fields is a serious problem.Market efficiency is further hampered by weak ties and a lack of integration among value chain actors.The STED methodology offers a structured and participatory approach to addresschallenges by working with governments, industries, employers' and workers'organizations, and education/training providers in developing and emerging countriesto diagnose skills needs: Identify current and future skills. Develop sector skillsstrategies: Create sector skills strategic documents with clear recommendations andimplementation plans. Build national and sectoral capacity: Strengthen institutions toconduct ongoing skills analysis and govern skills development systems.Then the work of the national consultant in collaboration with the ILO and socialpartners will study the horticulture sector with clear recommendations using STEDmethodology and come up with the sub sector skills strategy in Ethiopia.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant...
