Tenders are invited for Civil Works Construction with Supply & Installation of Pipes & Fittings, and Supply and Installation of Solar Pv Pumping System of Burka Bakanisa Rural Water Supply Project in Oda Bultum Woreda of West Hararghe Zone Bid closing date: Feb 22, 2024 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 22, 2024 11:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 259,000.00 ETB or equivalent in a freely convertible currency The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred Birr only). The method of payment will be direct cash payment to the counter cashier at the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before February 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on February 22, 2024, at 11:30 A.M in the morning. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 259,000.00 (Two Hundred- Fifty-Nine Thousand) or equivalent in a freely convertible currency from a reputable source from any eligible country in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized Banks using the form in Section 4 of the bidding document or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO).
