The objective of this assignment is to assist the Government of Ethiopia in demonstrating its ability to transfer Title to Emission Reductions, including clarifying Emission Reductions ownership, to be generated across relevant key sectors under the Climate Resilient Green Economy (CRGE) Strategys sectoral reduction program, in accordance with the BioCarbon Fund Initiative for Sustainable Forest Landscape (BioCF ISFL) (https://www.biocarbonfund-isfl.org/) ER Program Requirements and the ISFL Emission Reduction Program Document template; major emphasis being given to sectors covered under the OFLP, including forestry, agriculture and livestock.
