- Tenders are invited for Communication Campaign and Women Empowerment Training, PSNP5 We are seeking a non-governmental organization or firm based in Ethiopia to support the Government of Ethiopia (GoE) to finalize the development and deliver a communication campaign at community level and a women empowerment training to groups of Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP) beneficiaries. The communication campaign and training will accompany a switch from male to female recipients in married PSNP public work households and are expected to be delivered between November and December 2023.
