Tenders are invited for Conduct a Final Evaluation of Cetu's Combating Modern Slavery Project Covering the Period from the Start of Implementation in 2021 to November 2023 Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa It is required that the Consultant for the evaluation possesses the following qualifications and experience: Master's degree or above in Social Sciences, Development studies, Demography, or related graduate qualifications; A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the task; Legally licensed and have a TIN certificate Proven track record in conducting evaluations; Significant experience in evaluating child labour, forced labour, human trafficking, and migration-related initiatives/projects; Excellent communication and interview skills; Excellent report-writing skills. Independent of CETU and CMS project staff. Interested consultants are invited to collect terms of reference (ToR) from the Confederation of Ethiopian Trade Unions (CETU) and submit their technical and financial proposal within 7 working days of the call.
