  • Tenders are invited for Conduct Giving for Change(GfC) Project best practices documentation The overall objective of this consultancy service is to assess, identify, articulate and document the overall promising achievements of Giving for Change Project and produce a document that illustrates the promising/best practices of the GfC project. Specific objectives: To assess and identify best practices/success stories of the GfC project and produce quality best practice document for further planning, strategy development, knowledge management and service improvement of the project. To identify key lessons learned of the GfC project, and suggest practical recommendations based on the key findings of the assessment for future interventions and improvements. To share brief, success stories, lesson learned most significant stories and scalable approach to partners. The documentation will cover all components of the project (3domains), for the period of January, 2021 to October, 2022. The documentation should build on the findings of project monitoring results and should take into account the goal and objectives as set out in the project document. Qualification and Experience More than five years of demonstrable work experience in the Civil Society Organization (CSO) Experience of working in collaboration with different groups, donors, partners, stakeholders etc. Ability to develop high quality survey findings with proven organizational profile Renewed business license and tax payers identification In depth knowledge and experience with key informant interviews, desk reviews, facilitation of group discussions; A post-graduate or equivalent qualification/ degree in Law, Social science, Sociology, Development Studies, Humanities or any other relevant discipline. Demonstrated experience in gender mainstreaming and human rights issues Skills and Competencies Proven advanced skills in productions of similar documents in English. Demonstrable professional writing, narration, and presentation skills. Good analytical skills and overall aspects of designing and conducting different surveys Excellent communication and organizing skills Understand and Know the culture of the community Fluent in both oral and written English Language Displays cultural, gender, religion, and age sensitivity and adaptability Required Documents Copy of Firm/Company Registration Certificate Copy of Tax/VAT registration certificate Copy of Tax Clearance of Fiscal Year 2021 G.C Firm/Company Profile (including experiences of working in similar projects with CSO) Curriculum Vitae of technical professionals who will be directly working under this engagement through the firm/company Testimonials/portfolio of engagement with other organizations
