Tenders are invited for Conducting an Assessment of Women Economic Empowerment Bid closing date: Jan 10, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 10, 2024 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 75,000.00 ETB The assessment will be conducted in Benishangul Gumuz regional state, three woredas, and one city administration (Bambasi, Abramo, Menge, and Assosa City Administration). It is expected that the assessment will address both a review of the available opportunities and support for, as well as legal frameworks and practical financial access and opportunities, for women in MSME. Key deliverables of the works will be: Submit an inception report to conduct the assessment. List of key participants of the assessment (required Stakeholders mapping and assessment tools). Conduct an assessment of BGR MSME legal frameworks for economic opportunities and women's access to financial services. Submit a first draft report to be commented on by the project team before the validation workshop. Conduct a validation workshop after the submission of the final draft assessment report. Prepare a presentation on an overview of the research and relevant recommendations to overcome limitations on women's access to economic and financial services, for higher officials of the region.
