Tenders are invited for Construction and Maintenance of Different Blocks. Bid closing date: On the 21st day of the first Bid announcement date in the newspaper, on before 11:00 AM Bid opening date: On the same date at 11:30 AM, If the bid closing or opening date is on holiday, the closing or opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and at the same venue. Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500 ETB Bid bond: 50,000 ETB This invitation is for all Contractors of GC-6/BC-6 Trade License on Construction service License Valid for the year 2014 E.C. Business Organization trade registration certificate Competence certificate valid for the year 2014 E.C. from the Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction /Ethiopian Construction Authority. VAT Registration Certificate Clearance from Inland Revenue Administration Valid within the bid process Year Registration certificate in the supplier's list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency for the bid process Year Interested bidders on the submission of a written application in English language to Public Servants' Social Security Administration may purchase a complete set of bidding documents, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr) starting from the date of bid announcement on newspaper. The amount of the Bid security shall be ETB Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand). Bid Security at the bidder's option could be in the form of CPO (Certified cheque or payable order,) or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee. It shall be valid for a period of 28 (twenty-eight) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by security specified under section 4-(bidding form) and shall be delivered to Public Servants' Social Security Administration.
