• Tenders are invited for The Anrs Road Bureau Invites All Qualified Bidders to Submit Sealed Bids for the Construction and Supervision of the Zita River Bridge, Which is Located along the Arb Gebeya Gagbiya Kurba Road in the Regional Government's South Gonder Administrative Zone. Bid closing date: Jun 27, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Jun 27, 2022 2:00 PM Region: Amhara Bid document price: 300 ETB Bid bond: 30,000 ETB 1. The ANRS Road Bureau invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the construction supervision of the Zita River Bridge, located along ArbGebeya GagbiyaKurba road in the South Gonder Administrative, Zone of the Regional Government. 2. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence; Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Urban Development & Construction or Bureau of Urban Development & Construction renewed for 2014 EFY with Category 2 (Two) and above in Engineering consultancy (general), consultancy in construction management, or Highway and Bridge consultancy. Trading License renewed for 2014 EFY; and Its Tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of the bids,' and, TIN number & VAT Registration Certificate. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible consultants as specified and defined in the Bidding Document. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below on working days. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language on the submission of a written application to the ,,, address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 till the date and time specified below. 5. Bidders shall submit two envelopes "Qualification in formation and Bid security" an envelope and "Financial Bid" separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope. 6. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical qualification first and financial bids for qualified bidders next. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee of ETB 30, 000.00 (ETB: Thirty thousand). 8. Sealed Prequalification & Priced document Bids shall be submitted to Amhara Road Bureau Construction Contract Administration Directorate Room Number 212 Tele 0583-20-67-20 on or before June 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM. If the opening date lies on a non-working day it will be shifted to the next working day. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/ bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below, on the final date and time of bid submission as stated above. 9.
