Tenders are invited for Construction of Biftu Bareshe Warehouse Project Bid closing date: On April 11/2024 at 4:00 local time Bid opening date: On April 11/2024 at 4:30 local time Region: Oromia Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 100,000.00 ETB Biding documents prepared in English can be purchased in the Kore Woreda Finance office upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of 500 (five hundred) birr starting from March 11 up to April 11/2024. A bidder is required to present VAT registration certificate TIN number Valid trade license or business organization registration certificate of 2016 E.C/2023 G.C Tax clearance of 2016 E.C/2023 G.C Renewed registration certificate (BC/GC) or competence from Oromia Construction Authority or from Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of 2016 E.C/2023 G.C Each Bidder must present a bid security in the form of a Cash Payment Order (CPO) or bank guarantee of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) birr valid for 90 days starting from the bid opening date. Submission and opening of bid. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 4:00 local time on April 11/2024 The original, two copies of the technical documents, and CPO each shall be placed in separate envelop marked as "Original technical document, technical copy 1, technical copy2 and CPO" and all these envelop should be placed in one large outer envelope, and wax sealed by marking as technical and CPO with full information. The original and two copies of the financial documents each shall be placed in separate envelopes marked as "Original financial document, financial copy 1 and financial copy2" and all these envelopes should be placed in one large outer envelope and wax sealed by marking as financial with full information. Both envelopes (b & c) shall be placed in a large outer envelope and ax sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated in the bid data sheet and clearly marked "to be opened only in the presence of the tender committee". In preparing the document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document The bid opening the simultaneous technical and financial documents at local time of 4:30 on date April 11/2024 Submission of a forged (false) document and/or indication of financial offer on the technical document shall result in rejection of the bed.
