Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Construction of G+4 Fire Station and Site Work. Bids opening date: 22nd day of announcement of the bid at 9:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 3,000.00 Bid bond: Birr 500,000.00 Qualifications requirements include Valid trade license indicating the stream of business in which he/she is engaged VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority A valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority Business organization registration certificate and certificate of competence which is renewed for 2014E.C (2021G.C) Relevant professional practice certificates Other documents requested by the public body A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from November 17, 2021, onwards during office hours at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 3,000 (three thousand). (the bidding documents will be sent by hand) Bid is two envelop bid and must be delivered with one original and three copies of the technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes to the address given below at or before December 8, 2021, at 3:00 PM. Bidders can participate in more than one bid but only one will be awarded if he/she wins more than one bid. The bid shall be valid for the period of ninety (90) days and shall be accompanied by a bid security of an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency 500.000 Birr in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO. (which should be valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of bid opening) Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 PM on the 22nd day of the invitation letter (late bids will be rejected) Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 PM on the last bid submission date. The Harar Municipality reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award. Without thereby incurring in any liability to bidders.
