Tenders are invited for Construction of Small Scale Irrigation Project Located in Oromia Region, Arsi Zone, Hetosa Woreda Amount of Bid security (ETB) :- 1-5% of Contract amount with VAT 2. Interested eligible bidders could purchase Bidding documents at the Hetosa woreda Finance office up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 600 (Six hundred birr only) starting from first date notice viewed on newspaper during Working time through Monday to Friday on Commercial bank of Ethiopia account No 1000076363572 of Hetosa woreda finance office and bring the bank receipt. 3. A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and TIN registration certificate, valid trade license and valid registration certificate issued by ministry of construction or Oromia construction Authority. 4. All bids shall be in fixed price, price adjustment will not be allowed. 5. All bids shall valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security stated above in the form of Unconditional bank guarantee or CPO 6. Bid evaluation will be Conducted through NCB procedure specified in World Bank procurement guidelines (qualification and evaluation criteria are included in bid document) 7. Bidders should Submit their filled bid document offer in a sealed envelope (i.e one original & two copy of each technical and financial document respectively in separate envelop then the original and all copies of the bid in separate sealed envelopes marking as” ORIGINAL” and “COPY” is be enclosed in one single envelop to Hetosa Woreda Finance office Room No 08 and before the date and time stated on the above table.
