Tenders are invited for Consultancy & Maintenance Service for Water Hydrant System AMCE is looking for an organization that is interested to conduct a complete survey and evaluation of the Fire protection infrastructure including hydrants and hose reels and doing maintenance and/or replacement of old and non-functional hydrants and hose reels based on the findings of the survey and evaluation to ensure an appropriate and immediate response in case of fire. Interested bidders can obtain a complete bidding document and TOR from Logistics & Purchasing Dept against payment of a non-refundable fee of Br 200.00 (Two hundred Birr) within 10(ten) calendar days starting from April 24, 2023, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM in the morning and from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM in the afternoon, The bid should be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO. The bid will be closed on May 08, 2023, at 10:00 AM and the technical proposal will be opened on May 08, 2023, at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at AMCE Meeting Room.
