Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service to Develop an Operational Manual for Tracking Climate Finance Flows in Ethiopia, and a Standard Methodology for Documentation and Dissemination of Traditional/ Locally-Led Climate Adaptation Practices. Bid closing date: Within 05 (five) working days Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa Currently, CCC-E in collaboration with the Pan African Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA) is implementing projects titled: African Activists for Climate Justice (AACJ) and Needs-Based Adaptation Advocacy in Africa (NBAA). In relation to this, CE is seeking consultancy firms with the requisite qualifications and experience to: Develop an Operational Manual for Tracking Climate Finance Flows in Ethiopia. Develop a Standard Methodology for documentation and dissemination of traditional/ locally-led climate adaptation practices Requirements Tax Identification Number and VAT Registration Certificate Renewed Professional/Consultancy License Adequate and experienced personnel Application procedure Interested and competent applicants should submit in person their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope within 05 (five) working days from the date of this bid announcement.
