Consultancy Service on Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual Development Interested consultants should collect the TOR from Hiwot Ethiopia head office and send the required documents in two copies of sealed envelope, clearly marked "Consultancy for Development Human resource manual-hiwot” and it should reach Hiwot Ethiopia Office at Yeka Sub City Woreda 08, House No 701/1-around British Embassy before 5:00 PM September 9, 2021. The Expression of Interest along with required documents should be submitted in person and should reach the specified location, within the specified deadline and in the appropriate format. The cost proposal/budget is not required at this stage. For any questions and queries, the applicant can send an email to astergelye@yahoo.com or 011 655 0238 Scope of the consultancy service: Carry out a review of existing HR Policies and Procedures and identify gaps and capacity weaknesses compared to best practices for the organization Based the review, propose and develop comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures. This will include policies for recruitment and selection, trainings, performance management system, career planning, compensation, disciplinary rules and employee well being etc. Design, recommend and assist in implementation of a transparent result based performance management system which ensures thorough assessment of achievements and a link to employee incentive systems. Review the existing career development policy and suggest changes/devise a suitable promotion policy and rewards / incentives system to ensure good performance and increased retention. Recommendations on improvement in employee wellbeing systems to promote dedication, commitment, and optimum output. Prepare HR Policies and Procedure Manual covering but not limited to the areas covered in the Annexure I.
