- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service to Identify & Prepare Business Plans for Potential Income Generation Activities The General Wingate Polytechnic College now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services, Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: The consulting firm should have a strong track record minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience in business development with evidence of successful business consultation. The consulting firm is expected to have at least five professional experts who have technical expertise in innovative business development support in Ethiopia. The educational qualification of the proposed team of consultants is preferred to be a combination of PhD/MSc/ in Business Administration / Financial Management /Business Management/Economics/ Statistics and or related field and should have a comprehensive understanding of the nature of Ethiopian Business environment and TVET education.
