The road has an estimated length of 1.35 KM with 20m width. 7 Consultancy Service for the Construction Supervision of Lebu Muzika SeferLebu Mesgid Area - Dombosco Asphalt Road Project; The duration of the service will be Twenty-Four (24) months. The road has an estimated length of 1.8 KM with 25m width. Interested eligible consulting firms may submit expressions of interest to Addis Ababa City Roads Authority according to the form to be provided by AACRA and shall contain the following: Evidence of Eligibility (Trading license, VAT registration Certificate, Professional Practice Certificates, Tax Clearance certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) valid at least on the submission deadline and Evidence of Registration as a Supplier). Performance record of firms on on-going or completed projects. Experiences in design and/or construction supervision of Road projects including summarized descriptions such as length and width of the road, pavement type, duration of the project, and form of association (if any). Permanent personnel related to the service. Annual Turnover for the last five years Company Establishment (Technical and managerial organization of the firm, Office, Vehicles, Material Laboratory, Computers, Software, Surveying Equipment and Core business and years in the business).
