Tenders are invited for Consultants for the Execution of Certification for Professionals and Lead Trainers through a Globally Recognized Project Management Certification Program The main objective of this consultancy service is to increase the number and capacity of certified professionals in ECWC and construction industry, ECWC is planning to: Train and get certified its Professionals in Project Management Develop lead project management instructor Become a globally recognized Authorized Training Partner in Project Management and have its own Training center 3. DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT The consultancy services under this project include, but not limited to: Assist ECWC selecting the candidates for trainings and lead trainers through internationally accepted criteria The consultant shall develop training program and use training materials registered in globally recognized project management certification requirement program and provide formal training for professionals and lead trainers Provide two days of training on construction extension with latest editions of project management materials from globally recognized project management certification program Coordinate and facilitate the exam preparation training, exam review sessions and provide mentoring for those candidates who need further support. Provide practice exam questions, exam simulation, and collaboration platform for trainees and online access to training resources. Facilitate the certification process of the professionals who passes the given exam. Assist ECWC in compiling the information and documentation to become Authorized training partner of globally recognized institution.
