Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Demand and Supply Side Assessment of Capacity Building Services for MFI and Bank Staff (Ethiopia). Publication Date: 23-Jan-2023 Expression of Interest Deadline: 06-Feb-2023 IFC is seeking a firm to carry out a training needs analysis (TNA) for Banks and MFIs and a mapping of potential training partners who will assist in the setting up of a Training Academy that can support financial sector players and key stakeholders to improve existing knowledge and exposure in the areas of finance, leadership, management, risk assessment, compliance, product development, operations among their staff. This will be done through: (i) design and deliver a training needs assessment, (ii) conduct an assessment of the training sector and (iii) provide recommendations and tools to establish the Center of Excellence. The project will be delivered in 3 phases as outlined in the full ToR. However, IFC may, at its discretion, contract separate firms to implement the three phases. IFC invites firms to respond to the Request for EOI for Phase I only at this point.
