Tenders are invited for Documentary Production for Social Cohesion and Peace Promotion. Bid closing date: no later than July 24, 2023 Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and time Region: Addis Ababa The documentary will be utilized as a tool to motivate others to engage in similar efforts. Scope of Work: Story Identification: In close collaboration with CeNRIS team, the production company will identify more than six stories from different locations in Amhara and Oromia regions, specifically Jimma, Ambo, Kemise, Gondar, Bahirdar, and Ataye areas, Storytelling and Script Preparation: The production company will conduct interviews with the selected individuals, focusing on capturing their compelling stories. Based on these interviews, the company will develop a script that effectively portrays the narratives of the individuals involved. Documentary Script and Storyboard Development: Develop a compelling script and storyboard that effectively portrays the intended narrative and captures the essence of the documentary's message and objectives. Guest Interviews and Information Gathering: Conduct interviews with relevant guests and individuals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of their perspectives and experiences Gather all necessary information, including background details, personal stories, and relevant facts, to enrich the documentary's content. Program Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of the program, including sourcing appropriate locations, scheduling interviews and filming sessions, and confirming logistics and resources. Submission of Storyboard and Scripts for Approval: Documentary Filming: The production company will be responsible for recording the six stories by visiting the respective locations of the store owners. They should ensure high-quality filming, capturing the essence of each story and the surrounding context. Broadcasting and Social Media Coverage: The production company will cover the airtime fees for broadcasting the documentary on mainstream media outlets. Additionally, they will handle all costs associated with transmitting the documentary videos on social media platforms, ensuring wide-reaching dissemination.
