- The Coalition for Dialogue on Africa (CoDA) is an independent special initiative of the Africa Union Commission, UNECA, AFRIEXIM and Africa Development Bank based at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. CODA, which also serves as the Secretariat of the Africa Union’s High-Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flow from Africa, has received financing from the African Development Fund towards the cost of the the African Financial Integrity and Accountability Support Project (AFIAP), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for payments under the contract for project audit services.
