- The services included under this project are: to conduct a pre-feasibility study and developing a ToR with the option for the MoF/PPP or other government entity to develop an end to end integrated fertilizer plant using the natural gas in Somali region, potash in Afar region and imported phosphate through Djibouti by its own finance or through SPV. A Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selections (QCBS) method. The assignment is expected to take a maximum of five months from the contract commencement date. The services and requirements for this Consultancy are stipulated in the Terms of Reference (ToR) that can be obtained from the address below.
