Description:
Through the The Ethiopia MoneyMarket Capacity Building Project, IFC is working with the Ethiopian SecuritiesExchange (ESX), and other key stakeholders to enhance the professional capacityof senior management and officers within the commercial banks and other relevantstakeholders by identifying and providing standardized, internationallyrecognized training and certification programs. The initiative seeks to enhancethe technical capabilities of professionals working across critical areas ofthe financial system, including the interbank money market, foreign exchange(FX) market, treasury operations, back-office functions, and financialmanagement. By aligning with the objectives of the globally recognized ACIDealing Certificate and ACI Operations Certificate, the project willdeliver targeted training that emphasizes global best practices, regulatorycompliance, risk management, and financial innovation. IFC is seeking the services of a consultant/firm with experience,expertise and accreditation to:To equip training participants with technical expertise in key areas of interbank money markets, foreign exchange (FX) markets, treasury operations, back-office functions, and financial operations; andTo prepare participants for successful completion of the respective ACI certification exams. Firms are requested to submitONLY their Expression of Interest at this stage and NOT includefinancial proposals during the initial submission. Upon receipt and review ofExpressions of Interest, IFC will invite selected firms to submit detailedtechnical and financial proposals in the subsequent stage.
