Tenders are invited for Execution and Completion of Wakene Warehouse Bid closing date: Apr 17, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 17, 2024 10:30 AM Region: Oromia Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 130,000.00 ETB A completed set of bidding documents can be purchased from Dabra Libanos Woreda Finance Office, Procurement section at working hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 500 (Five hundred Birr) for one bid document. The method of payment will be in cash only. The bid is open for all eligible and qualified bidders fulfilling the criteria: Construction work License of General Contractor or Building Contractor- Renewed for fiscal year 2016 E.C from Ministry of Construction Authority MOCA /Oromia Construction Authority (OCA) and Regional concerned Bureaus and VAT Registration certificate, Renewed trade license, Tin number and others are stated on bid documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from site inspection and from the Woreda Project Implementation Support Team of the Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) and Cooperative promotion agency located at Dabra Libanos Woreda during office working hours. Bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 130,000.00 ETB (One hundred Thirty thousand birr) for the project in the form of a cash payment Order (CPO) or Bank guarantee only to Dabra Libanos Woreda Finance Office. Bid Document must be delivered to Dabra Libanos Woreda Finance office before or on 10:00 A.M on April 17/2024 GC and Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
