Tenders are invited for Food Court Service provider at Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy Bid closing date: Sep 29, 2022 3:00 PM Bid opening date: Sep 29, 2022 3:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 10,000 The Cubicles will have a free-of-charge provision for electric power, water supply, and drainage facilities. Caterers are expected to come with prepared/precooked food that will require minimal preparation before serving. Any interested Caterers are expected to provide the following minimum requirements to be eligible for evaluation: Interested bidders shall submit the appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's eligibility: i.e renewed trading license for the fiscal year & related documents. Bidders must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Catering service. Well-equipped and sufficient food storage inside the cubical, both cold and hot storage. The vehicle is adequately equipped to move the food court without any risk of spoilage. Interested bidders must submit ETB 10,000 /Ten Thousand Birr/ as bid security in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee in name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted. Bidders shall email expressions of interest to the below email address and will get free of charge the Tender document by return Email. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non- Technical section before/ on September 29, 2022, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, in the bidding room around the Flight Operation Building in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives
