Tenders are invited for Food Court Service for The Employees of Ethiopian Airlines Group Bid closing date: May 04, 2023 3:00 PM Bid opening date: May 04, 2023 3:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 20,000.00 ETB Bidders must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Catering service and shall submit appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's eligibility, i.e renewed trading license for the fiscal year & related documents Well-equipped and sufficient food storage inside the cubical, both cold and hot storage. Vehicles are adequately equipped to move the food court without any risk of spoilage. Bidders will install an exhaust system to regulate the inside cubical temperature and such other equipment necessary for the preparation & delivery of service and will be per Ethiopian standards. Bidders shall be required to submit a quality assurance certificate from the authorized governing authority. Bidders shall email expressions of interest to the below email address and will get free of charge Tender documents by return Email. Interested bidders must submit ETB 20,000.00(Twenty Thousand Birr) as bid security in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee in name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted.
