Tenders are invited for Grade I Consulting Firm (Architects and Engineers), for the Business and Master Plan Studies of Jimma Dry Port upon Full Fill the following Terms and Conditions Interested Consultant can purchase the bidding document from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise's head office which is located in Laghar in front of Ethio the telecom 3rd floor (finance section) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 113 500.00 (five hundred Ethiopian Birr) or equivalent currency. The bid document shall be accompanied by a bid bond amount of 2% of the total bid price in case, if the amount of the bid security is greater than 500,000.00 Ethiopian birr (Five Hundred thousand ETB) or equivalent bidder shall reduce its bid security to ETB 500,000.00 Ethiopian Birr (Five Hundred Thousand ETB) or equivalent only in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise with the technical proposal in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 90+28 =118 days with a sealed envelope. Interested bidders shall be registered in ESLSE oracle system as suppliers to participate in this tender. Bidder shall fill out the tender document & respond through our oracle systems using the user account which is created in the name of your company before February 28, 2023, @ 2:00 PM and the bid opening will be on February 28, 2023, @2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
