Tenders are invited for Supply of Hardware Maintenance Service Save the children Ethiopia country office (SCI-ETCO), invites qualified maintenance service provider to repair printer, photocopier, scanner, AC, PBAX, UPS in a form of preventive maintenance and fix the problem when the need arise. We are looking for an experienced service provider to provide preventive and corrective maintenance for save the children Hardware related materials. The service provider expected to provide effective and efficient service provision for the period of one year and a possibly of extension based on the performance of the service provider. And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with the Service Details, Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder: Potential suppliers may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 100 from SCI offices in Addis Ababa Country office starting from November 22, 2022 up to December 12,2022 during working hours. Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, original technical and original copy in separate document, bearing an official company seal, and clearly marked by the “bidders- name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SCI offices in Addis Ababa Country office on December 14, 2022 on or before 2:00 PM.
