- Tenders are invited for Hire Caterers of Different Traditional Meals, Fast Foods, Soft and Hot Drinks, Different Cakes, Salads and Juice for the Cubicle Built within its Existing Employee Cafeteria Facilities for the Coming Three Years on a Contractual Basis. Any interested Caterers are expected to provide the following minimum requirements to be eligible for evaluation: Interested bidders shall submit the appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's eligibility: i.e. renewed trading license & related documents and for Small & Micro Enterprise, supporting letter from the concerned body. Bidders must have minimum two (2) years of experience in Catering service. Well-equipped and sufficient food storage inside the cubical, both cold and hot storage. Bidders must have vehicle to move the food court without any risk of spoilage. Bidders will install exhaust system to regulate the inside cubical temperature and such other equipment necessary for the preparation & delivery of service and will be per Ethiopian standard. Bidders will be required to submit quality assurance certificate from the authorized governing authority.
