- Expression of Interest are invited for IFC Medical Supplies Feasibility Study in Ethiopia. Qualification Criteria · 1. The Consultant should have Experience in Feasibility Studies for Greenfield Light Manufacturing Operations, Preferably with Export-Oriented Units. The Consultant should have Experience Conducting Research in Ethiopia, including Research Related to Local Policies and Regulations. * · 2. Overall Research Project Management Capabilities of the Firm are Crucial. The Consultant should have Experience in Designing Dynamic Financial Models for Project Finance and/or Manufacturing Entities. * · 3. The Consultant should have More than Five Years Experience in Market Research and Analysis with Local Knowledge, Particularly in East Africa and Healthcare * · 4. The Consultants Team should Include a Key Expert with Experience with Supply Chain Analysis in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry, Preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa. *
