- Expression of Interest are invited for Implementation of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and Accreditation of ECDSWC Laboratories The objectives of the consultancy services but not limited to are: To train and help the laboratory staff increase their awareness of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and method validation; To undertake gap analysis, documentation works To develop and implement laboratory quality management system based on ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and hence enable the Corporation RLTC to be ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Summary of the Scope of Services are; Provide ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 training to all staffs, venue: at the Corporation's training room In conjunction to the laboratory staffs conduct gap analysis Study all existing operations/systems and transform them to better system in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements In conjunction to the laboratory staffs prepare various documents (SOP, Quality Manual, Objective, Quality Policy, forms, work instructions etc) in line with ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 requirements Providing consultancy advice on how to document the system, installation of quality records Consulting how to integrate ISO/IEC 17025 in the Corporation's operations Carry out periodic internal Quality Audits up to and until the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation is obtained Guide on fully implementing the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and get accreditation. Firms Qualification: The Consulting Firm should have profound and proven experiences in implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditation of laboratories. The firm is required to have a minimum of 5 years in consulting and implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 and Accreditation and performed the above required consulting service at least for two companies. The firm is expected to provide credentials, Testimonies, Acknowledgments, appreciation letters related to the previous experience of the firm and key personnel to be engaged on the consultancy service.
