Tenders are invited for Legal Adviser for CRS Ethiopia. Category: Legal Consultancy Closing Date: 01/30/2023 Catholic Relief Services - United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents. Catholic Relief Services / Ethiopia (CRS/Ethiopia) is a country program of Catholic Relief Services which is an international humanitarian agency working to alleviate human sufferings and foster human development in Ethiopia. In relation to this, CRS Ethiopia is looking for a Legal Advisor who will handle all legal matters of its head office in Addis Ababa and Field Offices in Adama, Hawassa, Dire Dawa, Kombolcha and Mekelle. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below. A Renewed Business License of the sector Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates. Recommendation letter from other organizations (Three - Five most recent references). Company Profile, date of establishment A minimum of bachelor-s degree in Law from a recognized university A minimum of 5 years progressive experience as Legal Advisor for various institutions, experience working with International Non-Government Organizations operating in Ethiopia is preferred. The complete bid documents are available from January 17, 2023 during office hours Monday to Friday at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-City, Enkulal Fabrica, P.O.Box 6592, Addis Ababa. Duly completed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia Addis Ababa office, clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps Signature and Tender Number”. Bidders should submit their technical and financial documents in two different sealed envelopes into the bid box provided for this purpose only at CRS Ethiopia Addis Ababa office.
