- Tenders are invited for Light Vehicle Maintenance SCOPE OF THE WORK The maintenance service providers have proper experience on maintenance works in general, and specifically in Light Vehicle Maintenance Medium and Heavy Vehicles Maintenance Construction Equipment Maintenance including auxiliary equipment's like Generator etc. Vehicles Body Maintenance works, Required Vehicles and Equipment maintenance service provider (company) standards (As per Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Transport, Transport Authority Gurage standard Requirement, 2011 E.C.) Light Vehicle Maintenance all level Medium and Heavy Vehicles Maintenance all level Construction Equipment Maintenance including auxiliary equipment's like Generator etc. Vehicles Body Maintenance works all level DETAIL TECHNICAL SERVICES Generally, the works will comprise mainly the following Equipment C and Vehicles Maintenance activities: Carry out effective root cause analysis (RCFA) to identify and avoid root causes of problems; examine equipment performance to detect and locate malfunctions and inefficiencies; provide technical support and operational solutions for maximum reliability and utilization of various equipment and vehicles. Conducting detail inspection, identifying required spare parts and material for maintenance with their part number, quantity and estimated cost and forward its recommendation for approval whether the maintenance conducted is cost-effective. Preventive Maintenance based on Condition/Operation Km or Hr Corrective Maintenance which might include Electrical and Electronics Maintenance. Dismounting Engine Mounting Engine Engine over haul Crank Shaft Straightening and Regrinding Injection Pump Over haul Injector Over haul Fuel Tank Cleaning Starter Repair Alternator Repair Generator Repair Welding Machine Repair Overhauling the Clutch (i.e. clutch disc, release bearing or pressure plate) repair/replace. Overhaul Transmission Hydraulic Pump Repair Torque Convertor Repair Hydraulic Control Valve Hydraulic Oil Cooler Repair Overhaul of Differential Radiator and cooler Repair Track Chain Repair One Side Final Drive (single side) Repair Steering Differential and Brake (single side) Repair Sprocket Replacement (for single segment) Recoil spring Idler Rollers Steering Pump Cutting Blade Cutting edge Drive chain repair Final Drive Relief control valve Welding works which may include: Undercarriage of Earth Moving Equipment Injector nozzle repair and maintenance on new generation engines Wheel balancing activities Clutch disc and brake lining rebounding Vehicle Body maintenance and upholstery works Bid closing date: Dec 20, 2023 5:00 PM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Region: Addis Ababa
