Tenders are invited for Optical Power Meter & Optical Laser Source 151/pcs and 147/pcs Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 50,000 Birr Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom's Head Office, Room No. 304 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr only). Bidders are required to bring Flash Disk or CD to collect the tender document since the tender document is large in size to be given in printable format. All Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ethio telecom website (www.ethiotelecom.et) and inspect the bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (one hundred only) in person from Head Quarter, 3rd Floor, and Room No. 304 or you can get the bid document from www.extratenders.com and www.afrotender.com starting from bid floating period, Sealed bids marked as: "for OPTICAL POWER METER & OPTICAL LASER SOURCE with RFQ No. 40475893 and FIBER CLEANING CASSETTE with RFQ No. 4066428 be addressed to: Ethio telecom, Head Quarter Supply Chain Division 2nd Floor, Room No.211B,P.O.Box 1047, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Bid proposal will be received at Churchill Road, Ethio telecom Head Quarter, 2nd Floor, Room No.211B, Before or on August 02, 2021 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on August 03, 2021 at 10:00 AM, at Churchill Road, ethio telecom Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.210.
