Description:
Tenders are invited for Printing of 1st Edition Corporate Social Responsibility Directory. Technical and financial proposal shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, one bearing the word technical proposal should be clearly marked “original” on the outside of the envelop and submitting along with two (2) marked copy. Two (2) copies of the financial proposal must be submitted. The inner envelop should indicate the name and address of the applicant bidder. Applicant bidders must submit a bid security of 2 % of their total financial offer in the form of CPO in a separate sealed envelope. Applicant bidders should provide the total cost estimates for the services required. Applicant bidders should submit third parties testimonial document from recognized organization indicating their past experience in printing of directory Interested applicants can collect the terms of reference from ECCSA, Finance Division 1st floor office No .14 by paying non fundable fee birr 200 (Two Hundred) within 10 days starting from the date of the announcement. The completed proposal shall be submitted to ECCSA Building 2nd floor room number 203 no later than 4:00 pm of June 07, 2022. Proposal submitted after this deadline will be returned unopened. Opening of the BID shall be on June 08, 2022, at 10:00 am in ECCSA training room (7th floor) in the presence of applicant bidders or their legal representative(s). ECCSA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to the award of contract.
