- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Audio and Video Conference Solutions & Cloud Solutions for Main Conference Hall, Video Conference Room, Board Rooms, And Training Rooms Bid document price: Birr 150.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 Interested eligible bidders are required to submit a 100% quotation of technical and financial sealed documents separately for each lot for the turnkey supply, installation, and configuration of infrastructures, systems, and services mentioned on the above lots. Partial quotations of both technical and financial documents for each lot will result in rejection of the bidder document. One bidder can submit for one or more lots. Qualification requirements include renewed trade license for the current year, Tax's Clearance, VAT registration certificate; Suppliers online registrations, and other legal-related documents. Bidders can take the bid documents from the Office of the Federal Auditor General Office, 2nd Floor, Room No. 202 with payment of a non-returnable fee of 150 Birr in cash starting from the date of this announcement on News Peper Uo-To Closing date on working days and hours.
