Tenders are invited for Procurement of Desktop Computer and Portable external Hard Disk 2TB Bid Bond Amount in Birr20,000 A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders up on payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) from Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 7th Floor Awash Insurance Building, Awash Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street P.O.Box _ 14805 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Africa Avenue, from the date: January 2, 2023 during working hours from Monday to Saturday. Bidders should provide copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate). Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name lot numbers written on the envelope to Corporate Service Department on or before January 17, 2023, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bid Document should be accompanied with bid Security of Birr 20,000.00 (Birr Twenty Thousand only) for lot 1 and Birr 5,000.00 (Birr Five Thousand only) for lot 2. The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date. Bids will be opened on January 17, 2023 at 2:30 P.M in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS Board room
