Tenders are invited for Procurement of Electromechanical Equipment (10 Sets of Generators) with All Accessories for Rural Water Supply Projects DDP Oromia Water and Energy Warehouse, Modjo Town, 75 km from Addis Ababa on the road from Djibouti to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia within 90 (ninety) days from the date of contract signature. 5. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 (ETB Five-Hundred). The method of payment will be direct deposit to Oromia Water & Energy Bureau Adera Account No. 1000007342032, or direct cash payment to the counter cashier at the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. The document will be collected in hard copy. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 8 June 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 8 June 2023 at 2:30 p.m. (Immediately after the deadline for submission of bids). 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 350,000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Ethiopian Birr) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible foreign currency in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized Banks using the form in Section 4 of the bidding document or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO).
