Tenders are invited for Procurement of an International Consulting Firm that will Review the Existing Gsez Situation and Recruit a Competent Developer/Co-Developer The sealed envelope containing a detailed technical proposal should be super-scribed as "EOI for GSEZ Development" and should reach Gada Special Economic Zone Authority (GSEZA) before the scheduled date (10 working days from the date of announcement) and time of EOI submission (05:00 PM local time) at the address stated below. EOI received beyond the scheduled date and time shall not be entertained. The international consulting firm has to strictly follow the laws, directives, guidelines, regulations, and others, as deemed necessary, in Oromia National Regional State, in Ethiopia, and other International Standards. The interested international consulting firm should provide multilingual staff (preferably English /Afan Oromo/ Amharic.
