Tenders are invited for Procurement of Matters and Chip-Wood Bid closing date: 15th day as of the bid is issued on the newspaper at 10:00am in the morning. Region: Somali Bid document price: 500 Birr Bid bond: 150,000.00 Birr A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application at JJU procurement office against a non-refundable fee of birr 500. Eligible Bidders are required to submit Technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. All lot bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 150,000 Birr (One Hundred Thousand) for the late bids shall be rejected. Bids must be delivered to jigjiga university on the 15th day as the bid is issued in the newspaper at 10:00 am in the morning. The bid must be clearly marked by the bidder's name, address, legal stamp, and reference number Ref: JJU/PRC/NCB/002/2015 bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at JigJiga University senate hall on the 15th day as the bid is issued in the Ethiopian herald newspaper at 10:30 am in the morning. Jig-Jiga University reserves the right to reject any bid (lots) or all bids.
