Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Office Equipment and Supplies. 1 Deferential GPS Qty #1 2 Total Station Qty # 1 3 Hand Held GPS Qty # 7 Bid security amount in ETB or Equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency: 200000/- 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures shall follow the Open and Competitive Bidding procedure set forth in the Ethiopian Federal Government and Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation No. 649/2009 and Federal Public Procurement Directive issued by the MoF dated June 10, 2010. Provided that such procedure shall be subject to the provisions of the "Procurement Regulations" for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers" July 2016 (updated on November 2020) ("Procurement Regulations") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Agriculture and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the address given below. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in the English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below without payment of the bid document. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 30, 2023@ 10:00 AM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
