Tenders are invited for Procurement of Repair and Maintenance of 33kv Distribution Transformers Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours at the address given below (i.e., from Monday- Thursday 8:00-12:00 to 13:00- 17:00 hours; Friday: 8:00-11:30 to 13:30 - 17:00 hours and Saturday 08:00 to 17:00 hours) at the address given below. Ethiopia Electric Utility, Projects Portfolio Management, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Facilities Office Berges Building 3rd floor Tel:+251-1-11-26-31-59/ +251-1-11-27-55-03; Fax: +251-11-12-31-57 Email addresses: - salmanegash@gmail.com Addis Ababa, Ethiopia A complete set of the Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders from the addresses above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only) starting from December 29, 2022. The method of payment will be cash payment at PPMO cashier's check. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before January 13, 2023, at 14:00 hours local time. Late bids will be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representative who chooses to attend in person. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder designated representative and anyone who chooses to attend at EEU-PPM office near Iribekentu Bridge, Berges Building 3rd Floor EEU PPM PLW and Facilities office on January 13, 2023, 14:30 p.m. Local Time. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security and it shall be an unconditional Bank guarantee from a reputable Bank and must be counter-guaranteed by any Bank operating in Ethiopia Or CPO and it remains valid for a period of Twenty Eight (28) days beyond the original bid validity period.
