Tenders are invited for Procurement of Solar Water System Supply and Installation for Kemashi Zone Mizigiga Woreda below Town at the Borehole for the Water Utility 3. The location of the Solar water pump supply and installation part delivery point is Benishangul Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau :-. LOT 2 Kemashi Zone Mizigiga woreda Below town at the borehole for water utility, and warehouses. Region: Beneshangul Gumuz Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 100,000.00 ETB 4. An interested bidder can purchase one bid only with a complete set of bidding documents in English from the day that the advertisement appears in The Ethiopian Herald newspaper at the Ministry of Water & Energy Addis Ababa during working hours upon payment of a non-returnable fee of Ethiopia Birr 500.00 /Five hundred birr/ only the method of payment will be in cash. 5. A bidder may purchase all lots but may bid on only one lot. 6. The eligible bidders are expected to go through the bidding document and submit originals and copies of their technical and financial proposals as well as bid security in separate wax-sealed envelopes and shall be addressed to Benishangul Gumuz Region Water and Energy Resources Development Bureau, the place of the bid closing isa at the ministry of water and energy Addis Ababa at or before 3:00 PM on before 21st calendar days from the last advertisement date notice on The Ethiopian Herald and bids shall be opened at 3:30 PM at the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. If the 21st Calendar Day is a holiday, it will be on the next working day. 8. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days and Bid Security shall be Valid for 90 Days after Bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable (C.P.O or bank guarantee) form amounting to 100,000 Birr (One hundred Thousand Birr).
