Bid closing date: Jul 21, 2023 5:00 PM Bid opening date: Jul 24, 2023 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa LOCATION: SOS CHILDREN-S VILLAGE-S Ethiopia REFERENCE NUMBER: ADM/004/2023 ISSUANCE DATE: 12 July 2023 SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 21 July 2023 Currently, we operate in seven locations; Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Jimma, Harar, Hawassa, and Gode with additional satellite projects in each Region and the National Office in Addis Ababa. For one of our locations, we want to procure some medical equipment, and laboratory reagents and hereby invite potential suppliers to submit their offer according to the below list, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder: Eligibility Documents - Valid Business License (E.C. 2015 Renewed License, Taxpayer Registration Certificate (TIN), and VAT Registration Certificate Pharmacist license certified by the Ethiopian Food and Drug Administration (EFDA). Company profile listing the bidders- address, branches, structure, etc. Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar supplies. The tender document must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing an official company seal, and marked by the “bidders- name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for these purposes at SOS Children-s Villages in Ethiopia National office in Addis Ababa, located at Bole Atlas in front of Mado Hotel on 21 July 2023, on or before 5:00 PM.
