Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply and Implementation of Service Desk Application-IT Service Management Tool Bid closing date: Feb 08, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 08, 2024 10:05 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 30,000.00 Birr Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from January 24, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Birr Three hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents from the Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor. Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before February 08, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on February 08, 2024 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
